Welcome! Our Division is the Secretariat for Samoa's Apprenticeship Scheme, and the focal point for the International Labour Organisation (ILO). We co-ordinate and provide employment services such as Job Referral and Placement, as well as Apprenticeship and Trade Test schemes.
