Government Service Delivery Survey 2017


The survey is a key activity under the Public administration sector plan Aims to gauge feedback from the public on the quality of services provided by all government agencies. It will provide an indication of the level of public satisfaction with service delivery, and identify problematic areas that require improvement. The Survey results will be compared against the results of the client Satisfaction survey commissioned in 2014. The assessment will form part of comparative report for cabinet on the overall quality of services delivery and improvements required, top improve the client/customer experience
