Registering a Company
COMPANY NAME REGISTRATION
Any business that wants to set up as a company must register with the Registries of Companies and Intellectual Property Division (RCIP) of MCIL. To do this, applicants are required to submit to the Registrar of Companies the following:
- Form 1- Application for incorporation of Company

- Form 2- Consent of director or directors

BUSINESS PROCESS
Below is the usual procedure of processing Company Name Registration Applications:
- The Ministry (MCIL) receives the completed application
- Application is stamped with the received date
- The Registrar signs the Certificate and enters the name of the Company into the Company Register and notes the Company Number
- The Certificate is then forwarded to the applicant or the Law FIrm acting on behalf of the client
REGISTRATION FEE
The fee to Register a Company under Section 6 is $250. For further information regarding company registration fees please refer to the Company's Fees Table or please contact us.
