Foreign Employee Employment Permit Permit / Pemita Faigaluega o Tagata Faigaluega Mai Fafo

IROSH is responsible for effective and efficient Foreign Employee Employment Permit (‘FEEP’) services through implementation the following duties:

  • Accurately and timely analyse labour workforce demand and supply to inform the assessment and issuance of EPs in accordance with PART IX of the Labour and Employment Relations Act 2013 (‘Act’);
  • Monitor compliance of employers and employees issued with Samoa Work Permits

Is it pertinent that any non-citizen wishing to work in Samoa apply to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Labour for a valid Employment Permit. A permit granted may be subject to such conditions as the Minister considers appropriate; and is only valid for a maximum of two (2) years.
